  This place is a god send for me. I can’t praise the staff enough. Everyone is very helpful, polite & knowledgeable. It’s a great way to start the day with a visit to this store. So a big thankyou to all you lovely people and keep up the good work

  Myself and my partner have been to the tool station shop in Ashbourne looking to get some supply’s to get our garden sorted out for the summer, I would like to thank your kind employee jack for the helpful information he provided us and made everything at ease, It is greatly appreciated would definitely recommend !

  Brilliant customer service from the Ashbourne store. They sorted the following non delivery. It had been caused by Toolstation guarding me from fraud. I ordered an item with next day free delivery 18th Nov to an address not my account address. I did not receive the email informing me of the dispatch. I looked at my account and say on the invoice, STATUS cancelled. I checked my bank account and the payment had been made. I DID NOT CANCEL. I HAD NO EMAIL FROM TOOLSTATION. I tried to contact them via telephone 26th in the que, then after a long time I got to 6th. Then I was cut off. I tried again. No joy. Then I decided to go to my local store in Ashbourne. GREAT PEOPLE.
